We loved the location of Quartier Latin! 3 Best Apartments. The neighborhood felt safe, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Having a bakery and supermarket right next to the property was very convenient. The Metro station, Les Gobelins, was just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The price for this location in Paris was unbelievably good. The host was responsive and the place was very clean. The wifi worked well, which was a plus.

I recently stayed at an amazing apartment in a hip district in Paris. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but close to everything that matters. The apartment was very clean and appeared to have been recently refurbished. The owner was thorough with instructions and the communication was clear. The neighborhood was safe and we loved walking to Rue Mouffetard. The kitchen was well-stocked and the Wi-fi was speedy. There was also a small grocery store and great restaurants nearby. a fantastic stay!

We never saw the host, but the instructions were clear and the keys were left for us. The apartment was clean and tidy. There is a supermarket and metro nearby. We got our deposit back even though we broke a glass and stained a towel. The location is GREAT, clean, and quiet. We had a pleasant stay and loved the cozy room. The check-in with key code was easy. The neighborhood is nice with a bakery, supermarket, and Metro station nearby. The kitchen is basic but adequate. The communication was easy and pleasant. The instructions provided were clear. The place was immaculate with a beautiful atrium. The kitchen was well-stocked and the Wi-fi was fast. The location is perfect for a quiet and private stay close to transportation. Luggage storage and no smoking/pets were allowed.

The location of the apartment was great, with easy access to bus and train lines. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and utensils. One of the best aspects was the charming backyard and the beautifully decorated apartment. It made for a cozy and comfortable stay during the Christmas season.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our experience. the rental policy regarding potential damages was quite strict, requiring renters to be extra cautious with everything being white in the room.
